Beat The Coverage grew from JJ Birden’s experience as an NFL wide receiver, where his job was to read the defense, identify the opening, and make the adjustment needed to get open. Despite being told he was too small to succeed, JJ played nine seasons in the NFL and learned that preparation, discipline, adaptability, and execution could overcome significant obstacles.

Inspired by those lessons, JJ developed Beat The Coverage as a framework that goes beyond football. The book helps readers recognize the challenges standing between them and their goals, find the opportunities within those challenges, and execute with confidence under pressure.
