FAQ
The differentiating factor among our ghostwriters lies in their track record of published books and years of
professional experience.
Typically, our senior-level writers boast a minimum of 5-7 years of experience and
have authored at least 75 books. Moving up, our expert-level writers possess over 7 years of experience and a portfolio of at least 100 published books. At the top tier, our master ghostwriters boast over 10 years
of experience and have published a substantial range of 150-200 books.
Notably, many of our master ghostwriters also hold master's degrees with backgrounds in psychology, which significantly enriches their capability in book authoring.
We publish on prominent platforms including Kindle Direct Publishing on Amazon, Apple Books, Google Books,
Barnes & Noble, Lulu Press, and Draft2Digital.
The 2 primary platforms are KDP on Amazon & Apple Books.
Our Book Launch & GTM Strategy is a comprehensive plan designed for authors preparing to launch their books.
Over a three-month period, post-launch, our team develops this strategy by identifying key elements such as:
- Identifying the target audience for the book.
- Determining the platforms where these ideal readers are most active.
- Analyzing the preferred content types of the target audience (video, informative, text, etc.).
- Crafting the positioning of the book on publishing platforms, including pricing, availability, and description.
- Creating all the creatives for the pre & post book launch based on the information we can identify.
- Creating a 3-month social media & content calendar for the author to follow.
- Proposing a PR strategy for the author to follow (this includes doing research on what podcasts and collaborations the author should do to promote the book.)
We begin working on the strategy once the manuscript for the book is complete. On average, creating a Book
Launch & GTM Strategy takes between 30 to 60 days, depending on the genre of the book. Once the strategy is
formulated, we consult with the client's team to ensure clarity and understanding of how to execute it.
Please note: Our team solely develops and outlines the GTM strategy; we do not execute it on behalf of the author. Instead, we ensure clear communication of the strategy and roadmap to the author's team, empowering
them to implement it effectively.
Our team offers the service of designing and sourcing hardcovers and custom merchandise tailored to the author's book narrative and brand guidelines. Examples of custom merchandise include T-shirts, caps, pens, notepads, and
more.
We take charge of designing the merchandise on behalf of the author and then coordinate with on-demand vendors
to fulfill merchandise orders when customers place them. Subsequently, we seamlessly integrate these products into
the author's website and connect the vendor's portal to ensure a smooth ordering process.
Examples:
Please note: We do not manufacture any of the merchandise ourselves, nor do we provide it for free. Our role is limited to designing the merchandise and facilitating connections with relevant vendors. We do not manage orders or handle any financial transactions. Additionally, we do not develop websites.
However, if an author requires an e- commerce website, we can create a custom solution for them at an additional cost.
We offer a dedicated team of media buyers who specialize in developing a comprehensive 3-month Paid Ads strategy for our clients. This strategy encompasses Social Media Marketing (primarily Meta platforms), Google PPC
ads, and Amazon PPC ads. However, if a client prefers to focus solely on one platform, we can accommodate that
preference.
Our team crafts the strategy and manages the ads for 3 months post-book launch. Throughout this period, our media
buying team ensures regular communication with the client, providing bi-weekly updates and continuously optimizing
the ads to enhance their performance over time.
Please Note: While our media buying team manages the ads, the budget for the ads is separate and can be decided
before launching the ads strategy. On average, authors allocate between $2,500 - $4,500 per month for advertising
expenses.
The book will be published under your name on all platforms
Typically, our clients engage with our ghostwriters for an average total duration of 8-12 hours. This time is allocated
across 1-hour meetings throughout the 90-day writing process. Most clients schedule two 1-hour meetings per week,
with days and times arranged based on their availability. These meetings take place on either Zoom or Google Meet.
For day-to-day interactions, communication occurs via WhatsApp or Slack. Clients have real-time access to the
document being worked on by the ghostwriter, enabling them to provide feedback and comments directly onto the
document
Should you require hardcopy prints, we can assist in connecting you with reputable vendors capable of fulfilling
orders with a minimum quantity of 100. While we do not handle direct manufacturing or supply of hardcopy prints, we
can facilitate connections with reliable vendors to ensure smooth delivery. Moreover, we will supervise the formatting
and coloration of the book to guarantee accurate execution.
